OK, I can't see the picture for some reason, but 15 years is a long time. That's even longer than the 11 years I've been down in North Carolina (where I finally turned off my a/c for the first time yesterday).
It's a picture of a half of a martini. You know, the glass is half full/half empty thing. As for your air conditioning, that's just mean. We've had the heat on for weeks already.

But don't get too envious: We've got pretty severe water shortages down here. We've been banned from watering lawns or washing cars for several weeks.
