The Union Square Cafe is one of my top 10 restaurants in the city, and I had the Frescatelli last week (pesto in lieu of carbonara), and I have to say, it's the best pasta dish I've had in a very long time. As a Manhattanite, that's truly saying something!!!!

What is that??? I'm sure it was better than my lunch....I had yogurt.
It looks like expensive mac & cheese.
That is Frescatelli Carbonara, which was the best and most expensive "Macaroni and Cheese" I have ever eaten. That was Union Square Cafe.
We must have more pictures of UIF (Unidentifialble food. we must see what people are eating in NY.
